Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction with our products is very important to us. If you are not satisfied and only 30 days have passed we guarantee you a full refund. But the item must be returned in its original unaltered state. Any damaged or engraved jewelry will not be accepted. On the other hand, if the item is received damaged please return it promptly for an exact exchange.
Please allow 10 days for the shipping and processing of your return. Once your refund has been processed we will notify you by e-mail.
- Shipping charges are not refundable for non-defective returns or exchanges.
- If you received an incorrect or defective item New U Pink will pay for any additional postage beyond initial purchase shipping charges.
- If you return part of an order you will only be refunded for the returned item.
Preparing Your Return
To return a shipped item to newu.pink, please follow these steps:
- Fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization form.
- Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.
- All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.
- We’ll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within 10 days of receiving your return.
